Retro Chic

These green culottes from Asos are perfect! I love the colour and the fit of them. Styling these trousers are tricky but here I am with a street-styled outfit look I hope you'll all be inspired by. I paired my trousers with a quoted top, "I'm such a great, but first coffee person" haha I love this top! totally relatable and for days when you actually cant be bothered, this top will do the trick! with this top I wanted to be quirky so I threw on an oversized shirt. I got this from a vintage shop because I'm all for vintage and looking retro chic! To complete I added the comfiest pair of boots I own to get me through a dreadful Monday, which I have to admit it wasn't so bad after all. That's because I got to blog and write for you amazing people!!!

Grown Alchemist review

If you saw my previous post about the grown alchemist cream, then you'll know what I'm talking about right now! So this cream has really helped my skin, with the weather change my skin tends to get dry!!

If you  haven't heard about them and you want to, you've come to the right place! because I am going to tell you about them and what they do!

So Grown alchemist is a organic skincare company They have used a traditional approach to making their creams, Which I think is great as they are avoiding harsh chemicals. For me I believe that the natural ingredients they use will have a better effect on my skin! Before using this cream my skin was really dry! It started to become quite flaky, So annoying when your skin plays up, especially when you're wearing makeup I used to become very paranoid about my skin. Till I found my dream cream.

Now lets talk about the ingredients used in the cream! So the one I use is the 'Hydra-Repair Day Cream' which is exceedingly brilliant. The camellia and rose ship oil is perfect for restoring hydration back in to the skin. Aloe Vera which is needed to make the skin smooth and soft. The Jojoba oil which I researched in to is, an oil that can be used in various ways such as, a nightly facial moisturizer
meaning it can repair your skin whilst you catch up on your beauty sleep, It also improves the appearance of your skin (YAY)!! Even though the cream has many ingredients, the texture of the cream is really soft and very light on the skin! now I hate thick products on my skin because I just get really agitated. so for me this is the cream!! oh and not to forget, it is great to use as a makeup base!! For a night time moisturiser I use Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm, This is a slightly thicker cream compared to grown alchemist. Great to use at night as it soothes the skin and stops it from flaring up! Vitamin B is also added to condition the skin. I love to use both of these creams because they both give me the moisture and hydration to protect me from this horrible weather!!

Before using this cream I like to really get rid of the makeup on my face by using a makeup wipe. I like to use Johnson's makeup wipes, removing my makeup with this really helps! of course this doesn't get rid of all my makeup. So I use the Liz Earle hot cleansing cloth, I want to thank my girl for giving me this because I really do love using it. It feels amazing on the skin and the smell of it is minty. Ta-daa!!! makeup gone and skin feeling fantastically refreshed. This is a routine that I try to keep up with, We all have those really lazy days, were a wipe is more than enough! If I'm not using the Liz Earle facial wash I opt for the ocean salt by Lush which scrubs away the dirt and blockages for a bright fresh face!!! Say hello to clear skin!

overall this cream is amazing and if you suffer from dry skin then you should definitely try this! believe me when I say I've tried a lot of creams! and these two creams actually did the trick! I would highly recommend this product because it is good all round as it is a natural product.
I have been using this for a month and I really can see the difference

I hope you found this post informative, Please leave a comment on my Instagram if you would like to read more posts like this!

Till next time fashionBOTS!!! stay fab xoxo

The perfect valentines date!

Valentine's Day seems to be everything! So I spent the day with my amazing friends, it was the most perfect date ever!  Finally reunited after a long wait, the night was hilarious and I wouldn't have it any other way. I could insert a friendship quote here but ah I'll leave it!! They know how much I love them! Haha

So running home after work isn't the best thing, but the getting ready part is hehe! Normally i plan my outfits because I always have the urge to be prepared but not today! This outfit was put together quite quickly and I have to say I did a good job! I wore a grey v neck jumper with black wide leg trousers, which I felt looked a bit smart so I added my favourite necklace! @jeweledemporium check her out on Instagram! You'll fall in love I'm sure. This was a comfy outfit but looked so classy! So if you're not in to dressing up loads, find something comfy and make it look fashionable! By adding a statement piece! That's all from me:)

London with my beautès

So yesterday I had an amazing trip to London with my girls! Don't you just love them random trips?! I know I do. Yesterday was perfect and pretty eventful I must say, with the Parisian vibes flowing through ladureé and the dream of walking in to Burberry wishing you had everything!! And not just Burberry :( Knightsbridge is my kind of Disney land! It was awesome. Also carnaby street was so cute! With the little vintage shops and cute little coffee bars. Speaking of vintage shops! Daliah was the one to be in if you love being classic, of course I bought a little something from there. This cute little green peplum top, which will be on the blog soon :) it was definitely quirky!

Now on to my outfit! Green and grey is such a perfect colour combo and I loved styling this outfit. Green culottes with a grey turtleneck which flowed on to my shoulders. Also a cute little vintage bag to pull the look together :) I hope you fashionistas like it!! Follow my snapchat for more BAKEROFTRENDS :)
